Sought after Contract Milker opportunity
Our clients are seeking an experienced Contract Milker with the ability to manage at scale on their 198ha Morrinsville property. This farm is located only minutes from town and will allow the right person security and the chance to become part of a strong rural community.
The position covers two Tatua-supplying farms, milking 650 cows and producing a 3-year average of 260,000kgMS. The system is well-supported with 8ha of maize, plus 220tDM of purchased maize silage and 320t PKE.
A unique opportunity exists to contribute some machinery to the operation, with remuneration adjusted accordingly. Machinery includes 3 tractors, silage wagon, bale feeders, mower, loader attachments, trailers, grader blade and sprayer.
